Students must be able to swim 50 metres fully clothed and wearing an approved Personal Flotation Device (PFD) WAIVER In consideration of my participation in this program, I AGREE TO SAVE HARMLESS AND KEEP INDEMNIFIED Little Current yacht Club and its directors, employees, agents, officials, volunteers, servants and representatives (collectively &ldquo;the Releasees&rdquo;) from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property, howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with my taking part in this program, not withstanding that the same may have been contributed to or caused or occasioned by the negligence of the Releasees or any of them. I further understand and agree that this release is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors and assigns. I agree that core contact information be shared with Ontario Sailing Association (OSA) and the Sail Canada and Governments that require statistical information for funding purposes. Little Current Yacht Club, OSA and Sail Canada shall not sell, lease, rent or use this contact information for any commercial purposes, other than OSA may send (on behalf of a potential sponsor) one piece of promotional information.</p>Note that registrants are not guaranteed certification upon completion of course. Cansail 1 or 2 certification may require 2 weeks for certification.
